摘　　要：随着生产力的不断发展,生产设备自动化控制的程度越来越高,生产现场危险性也越来越大,事故不断发生。设计一种基于PLC控制的安全离场器能够将误入高危区域的人阻止并输送到安全地带,从而避免各种事故的发生。离场器适用于冶金、煤炭、交通、化工、电力、机械制造等各个行业的危险场所。With the development of productivity, the use ratio of automation production equipment is become higher and higher that cause higher production risk. Base on PLC control system to design a safety-exit device can stop the people to go into the high danger zone and send to the safety zone at same time. This design is suitable for： metallurgy, coal, transportation, chemical industry, electric power and machinery manufacturing etc.
