摘　　要：三相异步电动机在煤矿生产以及各种动力设备的拖动中广泛使用,但电动机的启动过程中容易出现电流冲击的现象。针对上述问题,设计了一种基于TMS320LF2407系列DSP以及交流调压技术的煤矿机械电动机的数字化软启动器。实验证明,所设计的DSP软启动器能够实现电动机的无极平滑启动。Three-phase asynchronous motors were widely used in coal mine production and various power drag equipments, but there are always current shock phenomenons in the process of motor starting. According to the above problem, this paper implements a soft starter based on TMS320LF2407 series DSP and AC regulating technology for coal mine machinery motor. Experiments show that the DSP soft start device designed can realize the infinite smooth motor starting.
