摘　　要：针对煤矿用压风机的使用要求,设计并实现了基于STC12C5A60S2为核心的压风机综合控制器,完成对压风机使用环境进行监测。控制器通过AD7715完成多路温度信号的测量,同时监测多路外部环境状态,通过STC12C5A60S2强大的运算能力完成各种信号的处理,通过WTV040完成语音报警,及时反映压风机使用环境的当前状态。本设计性能稳定,动作可靠,已大量投入生产。In view of coal mine pressure fan requirements, the pressure fan controller based on STC12C5A60S2 is designed and realized, to complete the monitoring for the use of pressure fan environment. The controller can completed the measurement of multi-channel temperature signal through the AD7715 and can measure multiple external environment condition, at the same time to complete a variety of signal processing through the STC12C5A60S2 powerful computing ability, finally to complete voice alarm through the WTV040 that can timely response to the current state of pressure fan using environment. The design is stable performance and reliable operation that has a large number of productions.
