摘  要:采用棱镜的光色散特性建立了棱镜型光热偏转光谱法的理论框架,研究了激励光源对待测样品表面周期性照射情况下的探测光偏转角与光热信号之间的解析关系。得到了棱镜型样品表面周期性变化的偏转角表达式,探讨了调制频率,样品表面和探测光之间的距离对输出信号强度的影响。结果表明,该方法比传统型光谱法具有理论模型简单、试验容易实现、分辨率高、灵敏度高、测量方便快捷等优点。By using the prism optical dispersion characteristics, establish the theoretical framework of prism type photothermal deflection spectroscopy,the analytical relations between the photothermal signal and probe beam deflection angle has been studied when the sample surface to be periodically irradiating by the excitation light source.The expression for the periodically changed deflection angle of prism type sample surface has been obtained. Discuss the affect of distance between the probe beam and sample surface to intensity of output signal.The results show that, This method has a simple theoretical model, high resolution, high sensitivity, the measurement was more convenient and faster, and experiment is easy to implement rather than the traditional type of spectroscopy.
