摘　　要：目的:观察TDP照射及喜辽妥联合尿激酶对动静脉内瘘并发症的疗效。方法:采用随机数字法,将96例动静脉内瘘由于穿刺失败等原因所致皮下血肿伴疼痛等并发症的血液透析患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组48例,观察组采用TDP照射及喜辽妥联合尿激酶局部注射,对照组采取单纯湿热敷后涂抹喜辽妥治疗动静脉内瘘并发症;在治疗3个月后,观察两组患者发生肿胀、内瘘狭窄、栓塞、血管硬化等动静脉内瘘并发症的情况。结果:两组患者在血管弹性、血管杂音、血流量等方面,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:TDP照射及喜辽妥联合尿激酶治疗对动静脉内瘘保护作用较强,能明显降低动静脉内瘘并发症的发生。To observe the TDP irradiation and xi liao joint urokinase prevention of the complications of arteriovenous internal fistula efficacy. Methods： Using random number method, 86 cases of arteriovenous internal fistula due to reasons such as puncture failure caused by subcutaneous hematoma with pain and complications of hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group and observation group with TDP irradiation and xi liao completed joint urokinase intravenous injection, control group take the pure with wet heat treatment of arteriovenous internal fistula complications; In 3 months after treatment, observing two groups of patients with swelling, internal fistula stenosis, thrombosis, and vascular sclerosis complication of arteriovenous internal fistula. Results： Two groups of patients in vascular murmur, blood flow, vascular elasticity and so on,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： TDP irradiation and xi liao completed joint urokinase in the treatment of arteriovenous fistula protective effect is stronger, can obviously reduce the complications of arteriovenous internal fistula.
