摘　　要：介绍棉精梳机在主牵伸区附加1根压力棒将原有"三上五下"结构改变为"三上三下"结构;通过对棉精梳机牵伸部位"三上三下"结构的主牵伸区有无压力棒的精梳成纱指标的对比试验,表明附加压力棒后增加了主牵伸区张力,有利于纤维的伸直、平行及对浮游纤维的控制,可提升条干水平、降低节结;增加了对棉网的导向作用,可减少弯钩形成,保证了后续成纱指标。Introduction is made to the additional press bar in the main draft area of the cotton comber with the structure of＂three over five＂instead of＂three over three＂.Through the analysis of the main draft area with or without the structure of＂three over three＂as to the combed yarn index,it proves that the additional press bar increases the tension of the main draft area,favoring fiber straightening,paralleling and control of the floating fiber,consequently increasing evenness,reducing snicks,guiding the cotton web for less bending of fiber,helping the subsequent process.
