摘  要:针对纺织行业面临的原料、用工和发展的现状以及市场对纺织品质量要求的不断提高,从平面牵伸和V型牵伸形式的优缺点入手,分析了"二大二小"工艺、"单纯高效大定量"牵伸工艺的局限性,提出新型牵伸形式的设想;重点阐述牵伸摩擦副之间的矛盾、牵伸力与控制力运用上的矛盾、高速与牵伸工艺器材运用的矛盾、高速纺纱与高耗电的矛盾、高速纺纱与成纱号数的矛盾;列举了高速纺纱对器材性能的要求。指出:高速纺纱是提高劳动生产率的必然途径,并随着科技进步而发展;降低纺纱断头、减少纺纱耗电、提高机械与器材的使用寿命、延长维修保养周期是高速纺纱需要解决的主要问题。As to the status quo of the textile industry material and the labor employment and the constant increase of the quality of textiles,starting with the analysis of both the advantages and the disadvantages of the draft in planar wise and V-shaped wise,the limitation is found of the process of the two bigness with two smallness and the draft process of high efficiency with big ration.A new draft concept is introduced.Highlight is given to the contradictions including that of friction couple of draft,that of the draft force with the control force,that of high speed with the application accessories,that of high speed spinning and high power consumption and that of high speed with the count.The requirement of high speed spinning is particularized on the accessories performance.Conclusion is made that high speed spinning is an important approach into the improvement of production rate as times of sci-tech advances.The main jobs including reduction of spinning breakage,and power consumption,prolong the service life of the machinery and accessories and the maintenance cyc of the same are the premise to high speed spinning.
