摘  要:研究了消防水带用聚氨酯胶黏剂的合成方法,考察了低聚物二醇对聚氨酯胶黏剂的影响,发现采用结构规整、相对分子质量合适的聚酯多元醇,可以提高聚氨酯胶黏剂的初始黏结强度;研究了不同硬段含量对聚氨酯胶黏剂性能的影响;同时加入适量的配合剂,生产出性能优异,使用范围广的产品。The synthesis method of the polyurethane adhesives for the fire hose was studied.The influence of the oligomeric diols on the polyurethane adhesives was investigated.It is found that using the polyester polyols with regular structures and suitable relative molecular mass can raise the initial bonding strength of the polyurethane adhesives.The influence of different rigid segment content on the performance of the polyurethane adhesives was studied.Meanwhile through adding suitable amounts of the promoters,the products with excellent performance and wide application range were produced.
