摘　　要：为缓解建筑用地压力和减少建筑投资,对现有建筑改造加固再利用工程日益增多,由此产生的技术问题也较多。本文就目前较常见的酒店改造工程楼板承重问题进行探讨,提出一些建议,以供相关从业人员参考。In order to alleviate the pressure and reduce the investment for construction,the renovation and reinforcement engineering of the existing building increases day by day,therefore the more technical issues produce. This paper discussesthe floor loading problem of the hotel renovation project,and puts forward some suggestions,to provide reference for practitioners.
