摘　　要：单元式幕墙是一种新型建筑幕墙结构体系,设计与施工技术是实现优良性能的保证。申发大厦单元式幕墙采用横滑式结构、胶条密封技术实现单元板块连接、密封;采用槽式埋件解决焊接和防腐的难题;采用平推窗增大换气量和新风量;采用悬臂式卷扬机实现单元板块的垂直提升,利用轨道系统就位安装。Unit curtain wall is a new kind of construction curtain wall structure system,the design and construction technology is the guarantee to realize the excellent performance. ShenFa building adopts cross sliding type structure,implementation unit plate connection,sealing strip seal technology; The groove embedded parts solve the problem of welding and anticorrosion; Using horizontal sliding window increases in volume and the new air volume; Unit is realized by using a cantilevered hoist vertical plate,using track installed in place.
