摘　　要：介绍了汽车焊装生产线和高速、精密自动化设备生产中使用的旋转工作台的结构和工作原理,并基于UG NX 6.0对旋转工作台进行了设计、装配及运动仿真。工作台由气缸带动齿条移动、齿轮转动而转动,通过调节气缸节流阀可实现平稳转动,适用于自动化要求高的场合。The structure and working principle of turning table used in automobile welding production lines are introduced,and the design,assembly and motion simulation for turning table are carried out by UG NX 6.0.The turning table is driven by a cylinder, which is controlled by a throttle valve to rotary smoothly,to meet the high requirements for automated application.
