摘 要:对国产GCr15、美国AISI52100、日本SUJ2轴承钢进行了低温回火处理,并测试了其力学性能,同时在球棒试验机上考察了3种钢的接触疲劳磨损性能。结果表明:经回火处理后3种钢的强度、硬度、冲击韧性等力学性能差别不大,而日本SUJ2轴承钢、美国AISI52100轴承钢的接触疲劳特征寿命分别为GCr15轴承钢接触疲劳特征寿命的1.83倍和1.66倍。其主要原因是:相对于美国AISI52100轴承钢、日本SUJ2轴承钢而言,国产GCr15轴承钢中的A类硫化物夹杂含量更多、链更长、更宽,且其D类铝酸钙复合夹杂物含量更多。Low temperature tempering processing was applied on domestic GCr15,American AISI52100and Japanese SUJ2bearing steel.The tests of the physical and mechanical performance of the three kinds of steel were carried out,such as strength,hardness, impact toughness and the inclusion content,following by the treatment.Moreover,the rolling contact fatigue characteristics of the three kinds of steel were investigated using a ball-rod contact fatigue tester.The results indicat that there are not obvious differences among the mechanical performance of the three kinds of steel.However,the characteristic life of SUJ2and AISI52100bearing steel are respectively 1.83times,1.66times as those of domestic GCr15bearing steel,causing by more sulfide inclusion content and its chain longer and wider and more calcium aluminate composite inclusions.
