兴安白头翁小孢子发育与雄配子体形成的研究

摘  要:采用常规石蜡切片法,对兴安白头翁小孢子不同发育时期的细胞学特征以及与花蕾大小的相关性进行研究。结果表明,兴安白头翁每朵花内包含数枚雄蕊,每个花药具有4个花粉囊,小孢子母细胞减数分裂属同时型,小孢子四分体属四面体型。成熟花粉粒属2-细胞型,并有3个萌发沟。花粉囊壁由4层细胞构成,即表皮、药室内壁、中层、绒毡层。绒毡层发育属腺质型(或分泌型),出现多核现象。兴安白头翁同一花蕾不同花药之间,同一花药不同花粉囊之间小孢子发育存在不同步性。The paper studied cytological characteristics of microspores during different developments and correlations with bud size for Pulsatilla dahurica(Fisch.) Spreng by the methods of paraffin section. The results showed that each flower had several stamens, each anther had four pollen sacs, the microspore mother cells belonged to the simultaneous type of meiosis, and microspore tetrads were tetrahedral. The mature pollens belonged to the two-cell type with three germination aperture; the pollen sac wall was composed of four layers, epidermis, endothelium, middle layer, and tapetum; and the tapetum belonged to glanduar tapetum type(or secretory type) with multinucleate phenomenon. There was asynchronous for microspore development of the same buds in different anthers and the same anthers in different pollen sacs.
