摘 要:通过土鳖虫粉高、中、低剂量饲喂高脂血症家兔,探讨土鳖虫粉对高脂血症家兔血脂指标和肝脏指数的影响。选用体质健康雌性肉兔150只,随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组和高、中、低剂量组,三个剂量组分别按照0.45、0.30和0.15 g·kg-1给药量饲喂高脂血症家兔,并于造模结束时、给药第10天、第20天、第30天空腹称重,心脏采血,检测血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白含量,屠宰后取其肝脏并称重,计算肝脏指数。结果表明,高、中、低剂量土鳖虫粉均能不同程度降低血清胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白含量和肝脏指数,并升高血清高密度脂蛋白的含量,但与模型组比,高、中剂量组差异显著(P<0.05),低剂量组差异不显著;与空白组比,高、中剂量组差异不显著,低剂量组TC、TG含量和肝脏指数差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明,土鳖虫粉对高脂血症家兔具有调节和降低血脂水平的作用,最适宜剂量选用中剂量0.30 g·kg-1。The effect of Eupolyphaga powder on liver index and blood lipid of hyperlipemia rabbit was studyed by feeding hyperlipemia rabbit on high, medium and low dosage of Eupolyphaga powder. In this experiment, 150 rabbits were selected and randomly divided into five groups: control group, model group, high,medium and low dosage group. The rabbits of three different dosage groups were feed on a dosage of 0.45,0.30 and 0.15 g · kg- 1respectively. Weighing on empty stomach, heart blood collection, detection of serum cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC) content, slaughtering and weighing after the liver, liver index calculation were performed when molding ends and the 10th, 20th, 30thday after dosing. The results showed that all three dosage of Eupolyphaga powder could reduce serum cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein levels and liver index in different degrees, and increase the content of serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol. However, high and medium dosage group were significantly different from model group(P0.05), and low dosage group was not significant; high and medium dosage group were significantly different from control group, TC, TG content and liver index in the low dosage group was significantly different(P0.05). The results showed that Eupolyphaga powder could regulate and reduce blood lipid level of rabbit with hyperlipemia and the suitable dosage was 0.30 g· kg-1.
