摘　　要：针对高炉料车有效容积小,不能满足生产需要的实际情况,唐山不锈钢有限责任公司采取不改变原料车的轨道和牵引设备,对料车增容进行长度和高度方向的改造,以及对改造后的料车的重心进行验算,确定料车的牵引点,保证料车前后轮压的尽量一致,最后对空料车在卸料导轨上的自反能力进行验算。通过改造,提高了料车的使用寿命,增加了铁水产量。According to the actual situation at the site,that is effective capacity of charging skip can′t meet production demand,we do not change the material vehicle track and traction equipment,but modify the skip in both length and height direction,and after modification determine the pulling point through re-calculating the skip′s gravity center to guarantee the consistency of front and rear wheel pressure as far as possible.Finally the reflexive capacity of empty skip in the unloading rail is re-checked.Through the modification,the service life of the machine is improved and the liquid iron output is increased.
