摘  要:文章开展标准养护、免压蒸养护和高压蒸汽养护3种养护方式对PHC管桩混凝土抗压强度、脆性和弹性模量的影响研究。结果表明,3种养护方式PHC管桩混凝土的抗压强度增幅按标准养护、免压蒸养护和高压蒸养的次序递减;环境湿度对免压蒸PHC管桩混凝土的脆性有一定的影响,免压蒸混凝土的脆性小于高压蒸养混凝土;环境湿度也对免压蒸PHC管桩混凝土的弹性模量产生一定的影响,适当后期养护可提高免压蒸混凝土的弹性模量,免压蒸养护混凝土的弹性模量大于高压蒸养混凝土。The compressive strength and brittleness and modulus of elasticity of PHC pipe piles on standard curing and nonsteam autoclaved and steam autoclaved are experimentally studied. The results show that the increase value of the compressive strength decreases continually according to the sequence of standard curing and non-steam autoclaved and steam autoclaved and circumstance humidity affects brittleness of PHC pipe piles and the brittleness of non-steam autoclaved concrete is less than steam autoclaved concrete′s. Moreover, circumstance humidity affects also modulus of elasticity of PHC pipe piles, curing can increases modulus of elasticity of non-steam autoclaved piles concrete and modulus of elasticity of non-steam autoclaved piles concrete greater than steam autoclaved piles concrete′s.
