摘  要:国外项目中大型沉箱的预制、出运在设备资源匮乏的条件下是一个较大的难题。以柬埔寨燃煤电厂工程为例,介绍围堰内预制沉箱、起重船吊扶沉箱工艺,克服了传统出运方式的局限性,在没有沉箱预制场和专用出运设施条件下实施了沉箱预制和出运;介绍起重船吊扶沉箱过程中吊点设置、密封处理、没顶沉箱安装过程中的计算及施工关键技术。该工程的成功实践,可为国外大型沉箱的预制和出运安装提供借鉴。The prefabrication and shipment of large caisson is difficult under the condition of lacking for foreign equipment resources. Taking Cambodia coal-fired power plant project as example,this paper introduces the technologies of prefabricating caisson in the cofferdam and floating crane lifting caisson,overcomes the limitation of traditional shipping way,and realizes the possibility of caisson prefabrication and shipment without precast yard and the special facilities for shipping. It introduces the calculating and key technique of construction of lifting point setting,sealing and submerging installation process over the floating crane lifting caisson operation. The successful practice of this project provides references for the prefabrication and shipment of large caisson abroad.
