摘　　要：如何适应国际港口工程设计并与国际接轨是国内设计院走向海外所面临的问题,文章总结斯里兰卡科伦坡港南集装箱码头工程设计管理经验,分析国内外港口工程设计特点和差异,提出国际港口工程在设计组织与管理方面的建议,为类似国际港口工程的设计组织与管理提供借鉴和参考。How to adapt to the international port project design and as with international practice is the problems faced by domestic design company to go-overseas,this paper summarizes the design management experience in Sri Lanka Colombo South Container Terminal Project, analyzes the characteristics and difference about domestic and overseas port, puts forward the proposal of design organization management in international port project,which provides references for the similar international projects.
