摘　　要：鹅是以食草为主的水禽,具有生长快、耐粗饲、适应性广、抗病力强等特点,且饲养成本低、周转快、管理方便,是广大农村养殖经济效益较高的品种,同时鹅产品市场需求量大,社会效益和经济效益均高,因此,发展养鹅业的前景十分广阔。文章从肉鹅品种选择、育雏前准备工作、育雏期饲养管理、育成期饲养管理、育肥期饲养管理、常见疾病预防等方面,对肉鹅的饲养管理进行阐述。Geese are mainly herbivorous waterfowl,with fast growth,resistance to crude feed,wide adaptability,disease resistance and other characteristics,and keeping costs low,turnover is quick,easy management,the vast rural areas a higher economic efficiency aquaculture,while goose products in the domestic and international market demand,social and economic benefits are high,therefore,the development goose industry prospects.In this paper,geese species selection,the preparatory work before the brood,brood rearing management,feeding and management incubation period of fattening feeding and management,prevention of common diseases such as start of geese feeding and management were briefly described.
