黄连温胆汤加味治疗胆汁反流性胃炎脾胃湿热型的体会

摘　　要：目的:观察黄连温胆汤加味治疗胆汁反流性胃炎脾胃湿热型的疗效。方法:将60例诊断为胆汁反流性胃炎脾胃湿热型的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组予西沙必利、硫糖铝治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予黄连温胆汤加味治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为76.67%,两组对照比较,具有差异性(P<0.05)。结论:黄连温胆加味治疗胆汁反流性胃炎脾胃湿热型的临床疗效肯定。Objective：To research the therapeutic effects of the splenogastric hdanp-heat type bile reflux gastritis in Decoction for Supplemented Coptis Clearing Away Gallbladder Heat.Method：Sixty patients suffering from the splenogastric hygropyrexia type bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group took cisapride and sucralfate only,The treatment group was treated with Decoction for Supplemented Coptis Clearing Away Gallbladder Heat and took cisapride and sucralfate orally.The clinical therapeutic effects were observed.Result：The total effective rate were 90% in treatment group and 76.67% in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There were the certain effects in treating the splenogastric hdanp-heat type bile reflux gastritis in Decoction for Supplemented Coptis Clearing Away Gallbladder Heat.
