摘  要:由浸渍法和沉淀法制备了两个系列的 Ni/γ-Al2 O3甲烷化催化剂 ,应用程序升温还原( TPR)对催化剂进行了表征 ,测定了催化剂的 CO甲烷化活性及抗硫性 .考察了 Mo及稀土( La、Ce)助剂对不同方法制备的 Ni基甲烷化催化剂的活性、抗硫性和表面结构的影响 .结果表明 ,Mo助剂的加入对两种方法制备的 Ni基催化剂的甲烷化活性、选择性及抗硫性都有所促进 :Ni基催化剂中加入 1 0 % Mo助剂 ,程序升温还原过程中还原速度最快 ,具有最佳的甲烷化选择性 ;Ni基甲烷化催化剂的抗硫性随助剂 Mo含量的增加而增强 ;沉淀法制备的催化剂的抗硫性能更佳 ;稀土 ( La、Ce)助剂的加入对甲烷化活性没有显著影响 。Two series of Ni Mo/γ Al 2O 3 Methanation Catalysts were prepared by impregnation and coprecipitation,and characterized by TPR.Methanation activity and sulfur resistance of catalysts were examined. The effects of the promoter of Mo and rare earth on the activity,sulfur resistance and surface structure were investigated .It shows that promoter Mo play an important role on the methanation activity, sulfur resistance and selectivity.The catalyst promoted by 10% of Mo has the fastest reduction speed in TPR and the best methanation activity.Sulfur resistance of the promoted Ni base Methanation Catalyst gets better with increasing the promoter of Mo. The coprecipitated catalyst has the higher sulfur resistance than the impregnated catalyst.The additive of rare earth(La,Ce) has no remarkable influence on activity,but improves the sulfur resistance at a certain degree.
