腹腔内注射丹参多酚酸治疗慢性盆腔炎44例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:应用丹参多酚酸注射液腹腔内注射治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:2012年月至2013年11月我院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者88例,随机分为治疗组和对照组两组各44例,治疗组应用丹参多酚酸注射液,对照组庆应用大霉素、地塞米松、甲硝唑。两组均采用腹腔内注射的治疗方法。疗程为14天。结果:治疗组有效率为97.73%,对照组有效率为75.00%。治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(X2=9.65 P<0.01)。结论:丹参多酚酸腹腔内注射治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切,安全性能好。Objective：The curative effect of salvianolic acid injection intraperitoneal injection in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods：88 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease 2012 years to 2013 November in our hospital were patients,randomly divided into treatment group and control group two group 44 cases,the treatment group application of salvianolate injection,the control group using gentamycin,Qing,metronidazole dexamethasone.Two groups were treated by intraperitoneal injection method.14 days for a course.Results：The effective rate of treatment group 97.73%,control group was 75%.The curative effect of treatment group was higher than that of the control group（X2=9.65 P〈 0.01）.Conclusion：Salvianolate intraperitoneal injection of determined curative effect on chronic pelvic inflammation,good safety performance.
