摘　　要：采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法分离纯化,研究中药狗舌草（Tephroseris phaeantha）全草的化学成分,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定.结果表明,从狗舌草中分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别为正十八烷酸（1）,槲皮素（2）,梣酮（3）和3,4-二羟基苯甲酸（4）.化合物1～4均为首次从狗舌草中分离得到.To study the chemical constituents isolated from Tephroser＆ phaeantha, chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography and semi-prepared HPLC, the structures were elucidated spectral data and physical-chemical properties. The result shown that four compounds were isolated and respectively identified as stearic acid （ 1 ）, quercetin （ 2 ）, fraxinellone （ 3 ）, 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoic acid （ 4 ）. Compound 1-4 are isolated from Tephroseris phaeantha for the first time.
