摘　　要：目的:探讨SWOT分析法(态势分析法)在医院新区门诊建设与发展中的应用。方法:运用SWOT分析法对医院新区门诊建设与发展进行分析。结果:通过分析找出了医院新区门诊建设与发展的优势与劣势,并针有对性地提出相应的策略,使医院新区门诊量实现持续增长。结论:SWOT分析法能够帮助医院新区门诊制定相应切实可行的发展策略,促进医院良性发展。Objective： To investigate the application of SWOT analysis method in the construction and development of the province tumor hospital new district outpatient service. Methods： It was analyzed which construction and development of the provincial cancer hospital district outpatient through using the SWOT analysis method. Results： The advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities and threats of new outpatient service were found by using the SWOT analysis. The corresponding development strategy of SO, WO, ST, WT were established and implemented, It made new outpatient service to achieve the sustained growth. Conclusion： The SWOT analysis method is feasible and useful to promote the development of new district hospital outpatient service better.
