摘　　要：目的:研制具有诊断精确、性能稳定以及机动性和环境适应性强的车载式磁共振成像系统设备,保障应急医疗任务的完成。方法:运用相关专业技术,通过磁共振系统及车载系统布局设计,结合具体实际情况,基于开放型永磁核磁设备进行研制。结果:本研究从车载式磁共振成像系统及多方面因素进行设计研发,具有磁通会聚的恒定磁场技术、磁场反馈主动磁场稳定技术以及流线型射频发射技术等多项技术创新,采用多通道采集和多轨迹扫描技术对图像进行处理,利用现代化的信息系统快速成像,保证图像清晰,实现了固定式开放型永磁磁共振系统的功能要求。结论:车载式磁共振成像系统能够显著提高应急现场救治诊断的便捷性与准确性,达到快速、高效处理野外突发事件医疗能力的要求。Objective： To adapt to the anti-terrorism, disaster relief emergency medical support tasks, we need to develop a device mounted magnetic resonance imaging system for diagnostic accuracy, stable performance, flexibility and adaptability to environment, etc. Methods： Use of relevant expertise, systems and automotive systems by magnetic resonance layout, combined with the actual situation of the specific research based on open type permanent magneticresonance equipment. Results： The research of design and manufactory on vehicle-mouted magnetic resonance imaging system, for example mobility, stability, safety, operation cost, function configuration and image quality. With a constant magnetic field, magnetic flux convergence, feedback active magnetic field technology and streamlined RF technology and a number of technical innovation, the images were processed using technology channel acquisition and multitask scanning, using fast imaging of modern information system, ensure the image clarity. Using the relevant professional and technical, by magnetic resonance system and vehicle system layout design, combined with the actual situation of open type permanent magnetic for the research and development. The vehicle type magnetic resonance successfully fixed opening type permanent magnetic resonance system functional requirements. Conclusion： The vehicle type magnetic resonance imaging system can significantly improve the treatment of the disaster site rescue army diagnostic convenience and accuracy, fast and efficient security processing field emergency capability requirements.
