我国农民专业合作社的模式及其发展路径

摘　　要：在综述合作社相关理论研究的基础上,阐述了我国当前农民专业合作社的几种基本模式。第一种模式是农民在合作社产权结构中占据主导地位的合作社,这种合作社又可以细分为农民社员为控制者或创办者,能人、大户社员为控制者或创办者,以及村干部为控制者或创办者构建的合作社。第二种是以涉农的准政府组织、政府组织及其下属机构为控制者或创办者的农民专业合作社。第三种是企业为控制者或创办者的农民专业合作社。最后文章提出了完善农民专业合作社治理结构、妥善解决农民专业合作社的"小型化"问题、优化农民专业合作社的融资体系、加大政府对农民专业合作社的扶持力度、有效控制"内部人控制"、积极借鉴国外农民专业合作社发展经验等农民专业合作社的发展路径。This paper expound China current basic model of farmer professional cooperatives based on the review of cooper-atives theoretical. The first pattern is farmer domination in the cooperatives property right structure , such co-operatives can be subdivided into cooperatives of farmer member as controller or founder, Homo habilis and large family as controller or founder, and village cadres as controller or founder. The second pattern is professional farmers cooperatives of agricultural quasi-government organizations, government organizations and its subordinate institutions for the as controller or founder. The Third pattern is professional farmers cooperatives of enterprise as controller or founder. Finally this paper put forward e development path of farmer professional cooperative, such as improve governance structure of farmer professional cooperative, appropriate to solve ＂miniaturization＂ problem of farmers professional cooperatives, optimize financing system of farmers professional cooperative, increase government support of farmer professional cooperatives , effective control the ＂insider control＂, positive development experience from foreign farmer professional cooperatives.
