摘　　要：针对现有可伸缩带式输送机游动小车的特点,设计了新型不掉道涨紧小车。采用3车轮组和平滑轮组新型机构设计方法,实现涨紧小车运动灵活和不掉道的作用,不但保证了小车整体刚性和强度,满足小车整体力传递的稳定性.In view of the existing characteristics of extensible bell conveyor swimming car, designed a new type out when tight car. By using 3 wheel group peace block and tackle new mechanism design method, realize flexible when tight car movement and not to drop, not only ensure the car overall rigidity and strength, meet the car overall stability of force transmission.
