摘　　要：徐庄煤矿矿最常用的胶带宽度为1m和0.8m两种。由于长时间运转会造成皮带边缘磨损现象。为了节约成本、减少资金投入,可以使用1m旧胶带宽度修整后用于0.8m胶带机上,实现了废旧胶带的重复利用。胶带切边机代替人工修剪胶带,在切割速度和质量上实现大的飞跃。The tape width in Xu Zhuang coal mine is commonly 1 meters and 0. 8 meters. Due to long time operation,In the process of 1 meter tape,will cause the edge wear phenomena. In order to save costs,reduce capital investment,after dressing we can use the 1000 mm old tape in 800 mm tape machine,realizes the repeated use of waste tape.Trimming machine to replace artificial pruning tape by tape,realize a big leap in cutting speed and quality.
