摘　　要：针对亚洲第一大直径Ф11.2m―秦岭终南山2#竖井通风口的工程地质特征和现场实际情况,设计先进合理的施工方案,选用与施工工艺相配套的机械化装备,科学管理,合理组织施工队伍,取得2#竖井月进尺连续5个月超过70m,最高月进尺80 m的好成绩,实现了安全、优质、快速、高效施工。According to the engineering geological characteristics and the actual situation at the scene of the second ventilation shaft of Qinling Mountains Zhongnan tunnel,which is the largest diameter 11. 2m in Asia＇s,designing the advanced and reasonable construction scheme, selecting the construction technology matching with mechanical equipment,scientific management,rational organization of construction team,made footage exceeding 70 m per month for 5 consecutive months during driving the second shaft,the highest monthly footage is 80 m,achieve the safety,quality,rapid,efficient construction.
