雷火灸预防全膝关节置换深静脉栓塞的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨雷火灸预防全膝关节置换术(TKA)后下肢深静脉栓塞(DVT)的效果。方法:将52例行全膝关节置换术的患者随机分为对照组和观察组各26例,对照组按常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上行雷火灸辅以手法推拿。比较两组下肢深静脉栓塞的发生率。结果:观察组3例发生深静脉栓塞,发生率11.54%、对照组14例,发生率53.85%,两组差异有统计学意义。两组均未发生肺栓塞。结论:雷火灸能有效预防全膝关节置换术后下肢深静脉栓塞的发生。Objective ：To explore Ray flames of fire prevention total knee arthroplasty（TKA） and lower extremity deep vein thrombosis（DVT） effect. Methods： 52 routine after total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into 26 cases of the control group and observer group, the control group, according to usual care, observed in the control group, the Group＇s underlying upward lightning fire moxibustion combined with massage. Postoperative observation and comparison of the two groups incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis. Results：Observer Group for 3 cases of deep venous embolism occurs, the incidence of 11.54%, for the 14 cases in the control group, the incidence of 53.85%, neither set of pulmonary embolisms, observer group than in the control group, both groups compared the incidence of deep vein of lower limb, statistically significant differences. Conclusions：Ray fire moxibustion to be effective in preventing deep vein thrombosis after total knee arthroplasty.
