摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生职业规划体系缺失的原因及影响因素。方法:自编大学生职业规划问卷调查表,在四川三所高校中随机抽取二、三、四年级学生为调查对象,经统计后得到相关结论。结果:从职业规划问卷调查表中可以看出,大学生职业规划体系很不完善,学生意识不强,学校指导不力,机构缺失,导致大学生就业能力低。结论:构建大学生职业生涯规划体系,是涉及学生个人、高校、社会组织等多方面的系统工程,搭建起大学生一系列职业规划体系平台,是解决这个问题的关键。Objective：The causes and affecting factors of the system deficiencies in College Students＇ career planning are explored. Methods ： The questionnaire of college students＇ career planning has been made up by the researchers and students were investigated random- ly among sophomores, juniors and seniors in three colleges of Sichuan. Then the results are analyzed. Results ： With the data analysis, the poor job hunting competence of college students is caused by the incomplete career planning of college students, weak awareness of career planning in students and missing guidance in colleges, and deficient organizations. Conclusion ： The construction of College students＇ career planning involves students, colleges, social organizations, etc. The key to this problem is to construct a series of career planning systems.
