摘　　要：介绍了Z2800/1240 3800kW大型直流电动机设计及结构特点。电机全部采用F级绝缘结构,主极、换向极铁心和电枢均进行整体真空压力浸无溶剂漆(VPI),采用变截面电枢导体,电枢支架采用三层星形辐板及盒形支臂,定子机座采用上下分瓣结构,换向极绕组采用四角焊接结构。This paper introduces the design and structural characteristic of Z2800/1240 3800kW large-sized DC motor. The motor is class F insulated. The main pole core,commutating pole core and armature all adopt vacuum press full impregnation（VPI） with solventless varnish. The armature conductors are of variable-cross-section,the armature bracket composes of three-layer star wheel disks and box-like arms,the stator frame is of upper and lower split structure,and the commutating pole windings are of foursquare welding structure.
