摘 要:针对导线舞动对输电线路造成的危害,提出了一种新型防舞金具阻尼橡胶防舞间隔棒,运用弹簧、橡胶和重球联合作用来抑制导线舞动。通过ANSYS建立了相间间隔棒—导线体系和子导线间隔棒的有限元模型,比较了相同条件下安装普通相间间隔棒和阻尼橡胶防舞间隔棒时导线的位移,应用准牛顿法和通用全局优化法对阻尼橡胶防舞间隔棒的参数(重球质量和弹簧刚度)进行优化,并通过ANSYS进行验证。结果表明,阻尼橡胶防舞间隔棒具有优越的抑舞性能,且当弹簧刚度为1.08kN/m、重球质量为2.4kg时,其抑舞效果最佳。According to the harm of transmission line caused by galloping, this paper designs a new anti-dance hardware named anti dance damping rubber spacer, which adopts the joint action of damping spring, rubber and heavy ball to suppress conductor galloping. The ANSYS is used to build the finite element model of inter-phase spacer and wires sys tern and analyze the suppression galloping of anti-dance damping rubber spacer. And then the wire's displacement is compared in the cases of installed ordinary inter-phase spacer and anti-dance damping rubber spacer under the same conditions. At the same time the anti-dance damping rubber spacer parameters (heavy ball mass and spring stiffness) are optimized by using the method of quasi-Newton method and general global optimization. Finally, the results are verified by ANSYS. It shows that anti-dance damping rubber spacer has superior suppression galloping performance; when the stiffness of spring is 1.08 kN/m and the quality of heavy ball is 2.4 kg , suppression galloping is the best.
