摘 要:目的探讨人性化护理在卵巢癌患者围手术期中的效果。方法选取2011年7月至2013年1月间收治的行手术治疗的60例卵巢癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者均接受常规围手术期护理,观察组患者增加人性化护理措施,比较两组患者围手术期心理健康水平、生理应激水平、生活质量、治疗依从度和护理服务满意度之间的差异。结果观察组患者围手术期心理健康水平、生活质量、治疗依从度和护理服务满意率较对照组高,生理应激水平较对照组低,组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论人性化护理可以有效提高卵巢癌患者围手术期护理质量,提高心理健康水平、治疗依从度和护理服务满意度,降低围手术期应激水平,改善住院期间生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of humanized nursing in the perioperative period of ovarian cancer. Methods 60 patients with ovarian cancer who need the operative treatment were divided into the observation group and control group. The conventional nursing plan was used in the all the patients and the humanized nursing plan was additional used in the observation group. The mental health level, physiological stress level, life quality, treatment adherence and nursing service satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The mental health level, life quality, treatment adherence and nursing service satisfaction of the observation group were higher than the ones of the control group, and the physio- logical stress level of the observation group was lower. Conclusion It can get a satisfaction effect to use humanized nursing in the perioperative period of ovarian cancer, with higher level of mental health, life quality, treatment adherence and nursing service satisfaction.
