生大黄联合硫酸镁经胃管注入治疗急性重症胰腺炎体会

摘　　要：目的观察生大黄联合硫酸镁经胃管注入治疗急性重症胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法 120例病人随机分为两组。对照组采用传统保守疗法,治疗组在传统疗法的基础上加用生大黄联合硫酸镁经胃管注入的方法,观察疗效。结果治疗组在缓解腹痛时间,排气排便时间,血、尿淀粉酶恢复时间,白细胞计数、超敏C反应蛋白恢复时间,平均住院日均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05),治疗组治愈率、手术中转率及死亡率与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论生大黄联合硫酸镁经胃管注入治疗急性重症胰腺炎疗效安全、确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of born rhubarb combined with Magnesium sulphate injected through gastric tube for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group using the traditional conservative therapy,the treatment group based on conventional therapy,the born rhubarb combined with Magnesium sulphate injected through gastric tube sulfate, and observe the effect. Results In the treatment group,the abdominal pain relief time,exhaust and defecate time, blood and urine amylase recovery time,white blood cell count,high sensitive C reactive protein recovery time,average length of stay was significantly shorter than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. the cure rate,operation rate and mortality rate compared with the control group have significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The efficacy of injecting born rhubarb combined with Magnesium sulphate through gastric tube for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis is safe,accurate,worthy of clinical application.
