摘　　要：为了适应现代战争对联合军事气象保障的需要 ,提高气象保障的实时性和准确性 ,提出了军事气象保障的新模型——远程天气会商系统 ,详细介绍了系统的层次结构 。In order to accommodate the real time meteoroloical support to modern war of joint military operations,the Remote Weather Consulting System, a new concept of military meteorological support system is presented in this paper. The hiberarchy of the system is put forward,and the design of the system implemented on LAN (Local Area Network) is described in detail.
