摘 要:为了解南瓜花粉发育过程中绒毡层的变化,对不同发育阶段的南瓜绒毡层进行观察。结果表明,南瓜绒毡层细胞在花粉母细胞减数分裂前呈四边形;随着花粉母细胞减数分裂开始,绒毡层细胞向花粉囊方向伸长;当减数分裂完成后,绒毡层的细胞壁解体,细胞膨大并向药室内凸起;当花粉发育进入二细胞时期,少数绒毡层细胞退化,多数绒毡层细胞分化出大量造油体,造油体积累大量脂滴;当花粉发育进入二细胞晚期,绒毡层细胞完全解体。绒毡层细胞在原位解体,属于腺质绒毡层。In order to understand the dynamics of tapetal cells during pollen development in pumpkin,anthers at various developmental stages were investigated.Tapetal cells were quadrilateral before pollen mother cells began meiosis.As pollen mother cells began meiosis,tapetal cells elongated dramatically.After meiosis of pollen mother cells,cell walls of tapetum began degeneration,and tapetal cells enlarged unevenly,resulting in a curved surface.As pollen developed into 2-celled stage,a few tapetal cells degenerated quickly,while the long lived tapetal cells contained a large quantity of elaioplasts,which produced numerous lipid droplets.Tapetal cells were completely disappeared when pollen developed into late 2-celled stage.Since tapetal cells degenerated in situ,pumpkin tapetum belonged to glandular type.
