摘  要:为了研究外源赤霉素对谷子灌浆的影响,并为激素调控籽粒的粒质量提供理论依据。以张杂谷5号和晋谷21号为试验材料,在灌浆初期喷施不同浓度的赤霉素(GA),测量灌浆进程中谷子农艺性状和产量的变化。结果表明,晋谷21号的株高、叶面积明显高于张杂谷5号,茎粗和产量明显小于张杂谷5号。叶面喷施赤霉素可以显著增加2个品种的株高、茎粗、叶面积和产量;张杂谷5号表现为GA3>GA4>GA2>GA1>CK,晋谷21号表现为GA2>GA4>GA3>GA1>CK。30 mg/L的GA对张杂谷5号产量的提高幅度最大,20 mg/L的GA对晋谷21号产量的提高幅度最大。Zhangzagu 5 and Jingu 21 were used as material in the experiment to study the influence of exogenous GA on millet's grouting to provide a theoretical basis for the application of exogenous regulator in the high kernel weight.After spraying different concentrations of GA at initial grouting stage,the effects of agronomic traits and yield were investigated.The height and leaf area of Jingu 21 were obviously higher than that of Zhangzagu 5,but the stem diameter and yield were much smaller than that of Zhangzagu 5.The results indicated that spraying GA can significantly increase the plant height,stem diameter,leaf area and yield of these two varieties.The trend of Zhangzagu 5 was GA3 > GA4 > GA2 > GA1 > CK,and the Jingu 21 was GA2 > GA4 > GA3 > GA1 > CK.The best concentration in yield improvement of Zhangzagu 5 was 30 mg/L,and the Jingu 21 was 20 mg/L.
