摘　　要：在西方政治思想史中,关于社会政治制度的形成与完善的研究与探讨不同时期不同的思想者有不同的主张。哈耶克把追求"自由"的不同主张分为两种路径:建构理性主义与进化理性主义,不同的路径选择者是基于不同的哲学基础和社会背景。古为今用,这两种路径对我们现今制度的建设与完善也有可借鉴之处。In the history of Western political thoughts, there are different ideas in different periods about the formation and im- provement of political institutions. Hayek has divided the pursuit of ＂freedom＂ into two paths： the constructive rationalism and the evo- lutionary rationalism. The two paths are based on different philosophical bases and social backgrounds. To make the past serve the present, the two paths still have some enlightenments for our present institutions＇ building.
