摘　　要：投资环境中存在的问题制约着河南省对外开放和经济发展的步伐。在对投资环境进行界定、对相关文献综述的基础上,选取河南省六个城市的部分企业作为样本进行调查分析,揭示其在政策法制环境、政务环境、市场环境、配套服务环境、人文环境和外商投诉权益保护等方面存在的问题。提出优化河南省投资环境的对策建议。Problems in Henan investing environment restrict its pace of opening up and fast economic development. Based on the concept of investing environment and relative literature review, and by taking some enterprises in six cities in Henan province as sam- pies, the paper mainly investigated the problems in their policy and law environment, administration services, market circumstances, supporting services environment, human environment, and rights protection of foreign investment, etc. More importantly, relative sug- gestions are put forward to optimize the investing environment in Henan province.
