摘　　要：作为一位知名的作家、翻译家和学者,林语堂有着自己独特的对于女性的理解。林语堂尊重并崇拜女性,他认为女性应该自然脱俗、坚韧细腻、美丽温婉、忠贞柔顺,具有奉献精神。林语堂作品中的女性,或过于理想化,或充满矛盾,折射出林语堂潜意识中的男权意识和反封建的不彻底性。As a well-known writer, translator and scholar, Lin Yutang has its own unique understanding for women. Lin Yutang respects and adores women, he said women should be naive and lively, tough and delicate, pretty and tame, at the same time with the spirits of dedication. The women in Lin Yutang＇ s works, some of whom are too idealistic, and some are full of contradictions, all of which reflects that there was still male chauvinism in Lin Yutang＇ s conscientiousness and his lack of thoroughness towards anti-feudal- ism.
