摘  要:在常压酸催化作用下对竹屑进行多元醇液化,对液化产物的羟值和粘度进行了测定,并通过红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱及GC-MS等对液化产物进行分析表征.结果表明:液化产物的羟值为350mgKOH/g,粘度为750 mPa·s,相对分子质量分布范围在18~20 372之间,为连续分布形式,满足制备中强度硬质聚氨酯泡沫的要求.Using bamboo residues as raw material, polyols as liquefied agent and acid as catalyst, the characteristics of liquefaction products were analyzed in this paper. Liquefied oil was measured that the hydroxyl value was 350 mgKOH/g and viscosity(25 ℃) was 750 mPa · s, and it was also characterized by FT-IR,GPC and GC-MS. The results showed that the product is rich in hydroxyl groups with mo lecular weight continuously distributed between 20732 to 18,which is suitable for preparation of poly urethane foam.
