摘　　要：证明了 Directly-Riemann积分 Dirichlet判别法和 Abel判别法的必要性 ,而 Directly-Riemann积分的 Dirichlet判别法和 Abel判别法充分性熊启才已有证明 ,由此说明这 2个重要判别法不仅充分而且必要。Necessary on Dirichlet and Abel distinguish methods of the Directly-Riemann integral is proved and its sufficient was proved by XIONG Qi-cai,therefore it shows that Dirichlet and Abel distinguish methods are not only sufficient but also necessary.
