摘 要:全自动丝网印刷技术能够显著提高印制电路板装联效率,但对设备的自动化程度要求较高,而且要求钢网具有特定的尺寸和开孔布局限制。因此为了保证自动印膏和降低生产成本,出现了将印制电路板正反面设计在同一张钢网上的非标开孔布局。针对三种非标钢网在丝网印刷机编程过程中的全自动对位问题,提出了相应的解决方案。钢网开孔布局靠前分布可通过调节定位销的刻度来实现钢网在印刷机内的前后移动;"虚拟板长"和修改默认停板位置操作均能实现钢网开孔布局靠右分布的钢网与PCB的成功对位;未半刻基准点的钢网在编程过程中可通过选取焊盘或使用影像模式捕捉的图片作为定位基准,从而获得较高的对位成功率。Fully automatic screen printing technology, which not only requires automation of the equipment, but also asks for given stencil dimensions and hole layout limitation, can increase the electronic assembly efficiency dramatically. In order to guarantee the automatic screen printing and lower the cost, two sides of a PCB are usually designed on one stencil. Solutions of three kinds of non-standard stencil during programming progress were stated. The location of the stencil in the screen and stencil platforms could be adjusted by regulating the alignment pin, in order to achieve counterpoint with the hole layout on the front of the stencil. If the hole layout was distributed on the right side of the stencil, virtual PCB length and altering the board stop could be applied. Representative pads or video model were capable to deal with stencil with no black fiducial marks, which was burnt by laser.
