摘  要:汛期由于河流水位涨落可能引起护管挡墙毁坏失效,造成油气管道裸露甚至断管事故。根据护管挡墙的结构特征和实际受力状态,分别建立了护管挡墙在水位缓降和陡降两种工况下的力学分析模型,并给出了护管挡墙的抗滑移、抗倾覆和地基承载力功能函数。利用蒙特卡罗法分析探讨了两种工况下挡墙可靠度的变化趋势。结果表明:水位缓降时挡墙水平滑移和地基承载力可靠度呈逐渐减小趋势,倾覆可靠度呈相对增大趋势,并且水位缓降时挡墙可靠度较骤降时要大;水位骤降时墙前水位降落速度越快,挡墙的可靠度越小;在墙前水位一定时,水位差越大,挡墙的抗倾覆和地基承载力可靠度越小。In the flood season the fluctuation in river water levels may cause the failure of the pipeline protection wall, as a result, the pipeline is exposed or even ruptured. According to the structure characteristics and the actual stress state of the retaining wall,the mechanical analytic model under two different conditions where the water level drops slowly or rapidly is constructed,and the corresponding limiting condition equations of the anti-sliding,anti-overturning and subsoil bearing capacity of the wall are also established. Based on the theory of the Monte Carol method,the variation trend of reliability of the wall under the two kinds of working conditions is analyzed. The results indicate that when the water level drops slowly, the reliability of the anti-sliding and subsoil bearing capacity show a decreasing tendency,while that of the anti-overturning is opposite. The reliability of the wall is bigger when the water level drops slowly than that when the water level drops rapidly. When the water level drops rapidly,the faster the water level before the wall falls,the smaller the stability of the wall is. Under the condition of a specific water level,the stability of the anti-overturning and subsoil bearing capacity descends with the rise of waterhead.
