构建我国体育保险体系的路径研究——基于美国体育保险发展特征的启示

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对美国体育保险的发展历程、主要内容及其运行机制进行深入考查,总结了美国体育保险体系运作的基本特征及优势。与此同时,进一步明晰了我国体育保险体系运行现状与国外的差距,提出了我国体育保险体系构建的路径,应在遵循我国基本国情、体育发展目标及尊重和维护运动员基本权利的前提下,积极借鉴美国体育保险发展中一些成熟、可行的经验,以市场经济的发展规律为准绳,以体育参与者的利益保障为目标,以商业保险为龙头、辅之以社会保险、赞助性保险等多种保险联动的混合式保险模式,进而切实保障我国体育事业的健康可持续发展。With literature research techniques and material law,logical analytic method,the research is made to explore the American sports insurance system in term of its development course,its primary coverage and its operational mechanism. American sports insurance system operation enjoys some basic characteristic and its superiority over that of China are therefore drawn into analysis. The gap is thus figured out between China and USA as for their insurance system movement and present situation. It is so proposed as that our country sports insurance system should follow constructive ways. It is of imperative to run along with fundamental realities of the country and the sports development targets and to respect and defend the athletes＇ basic right under the premise. We can profit some mature,the feasible experience from American sports insurance development by taking the market economy law of development as the criterion with the sports participant＇s benefit safeguard as the goal. Meanwhile,it is advisable to take commercial insurance as main item with auxiliary endowed by social security to support insurance. It is important to make many kinds of insurance linkage to be mixed style insurance patterns so as to safeguard sustainable and healthy development of sports enterprise in our country.
