三联疗法与胃炎灵联合治疗胃溃疡幽门螺旋杆菌感染疗效分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨三联疗法与中药联合治疗胃溃疡幽门螺杆菌感染的临床效果及安全性。【方法】选取2012年12月-2014年1月120例胃溃疡合并Hp阳性患者120例,随机分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例),对照组实施三联疗法(奥美拉唑肠溶片+阿莫西林+克拉霉素),观察组在对照组基础上联合使用中药胃炎灵治疗,对比两组治疗效果、Hp消除率、复发以及不良反应。【结果】观察组治疗有效率95.00%,明显高于对照组81.67%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.449,P=0.028);观察组Hp阳性率为6.67%,明显低于对照组33.33%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.546,P=0.011);观察组复发率为10.00%,明显低于对照组40.00%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.757,P=0.015);两组患者不良反应主要为呕吐、恶心等,对照组发生5例(8.33%),观察组发生4例(6.67%),对比差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.993,P=0.115),患者不良反应停药后自行消除。【结论】三联疗法与中药联合治疗胃溃疡幽门螺杆菌感染临床效果显著,复发率低且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。[Objective] To investigate the efficacy and safety of combination therapy of triple therapy and traditional Chinese medicine for helicobacter pylori infection in gastric ulcer.. [ Methods] 120 patients of gastric ulcer combined with positive Hp from December 2012 to January 2014 were randomly divided into control group （60 cases） and observation group （60 cases）. The control group received triple therapy （ omeprazole enteric-coated tablets ＋ amoxicillin ＋ clarithromycin ） , while the observation group received combination therapy of triple therapy and one of traditional Chinese medicines, Weiyanling. Treatment effect, Hp elimination rate, recurrence rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. [Results] There were statistical significance in the differences of treatment effect（X^2= 6.449, P = 0.028）, Hp elimination rate （X^2 = 8.546, P = 0.011）, recurrence （X^2 = 7,757, P = 0.015）, but no statistical significance in the difference of adverse reactions （X^2 = 0.993, P = 0.115）. The effective rate of the obsetwation group was significantly higher, while Hp positive rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were both significantly lower. [Conclusion ] The triple therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection in gastric ulcer has significant clinical effect, lower recurrence rate, so it is safe and worthy of clinical application..
