摘 要:对3种MH/Ni电池隔膜的厚度、面密度、吸碱量、吸碱速度及抗拉强度等物理性进行对比,分析实验电池的初始放电容量、循环寿命及荷电保持率性能。PGAhrdII 65-150国产隔膜厚度为0.15 mm,具有较好的面密度和吸碱量,制备的电池以1.0 C循环1 000次容量衰减率为32.24%,高温45℃存储7 d荷电保持率为81.3%。Physical properties of 3 kinds of MH/Ni battery separators, such as thickness, area density, alkali absorption, electrolyte wicking height and tensile strength were compared, the initial capacity, cycle life and charge retention rates of experimental battery were analyzed. Domestic separator PGAhrdII65-150 had fine area density and alkali absorption, its thickness was 0. 15 ram. The prepared battery had a capacity decay rate of 32. 24% with 1 000 times 1.0 C cycle,had a charge retention rate of 81.3% when stored in high temperature 45 ℃ for 7 d.
