摘　　要：目的 通过调查医院船舰员常见皮肤病的发病率,探讨舰员皮肤病发病的相关因素,为长航官兵的皮肤病防治提供科学参考.方法 对3次“和谐使命”任务医院船舰员的常见皮肤病进行横断面调查,统计新发病例.结果 3次任务期间皮肤病发病率不同,分别为17.16％、15.79％、22.94％,差异有统计学意义;新发皮肤病的疾病谱不尽相同;机电和航空部门舰员的皮肤病发病率较其他部门高.结论 不同航行时间和地域任务期间常见皮肤病病谱不同,其相关性有待进一步调查研究。Objective To analyze incidence and risk factors of common dermatoses seen on the servicemen on the Hospital Ship, and to provide scientific references for prevention and treatment to the diseases in long-term navigation. Methods A Cross-sectional study was conducted to all the servicemen of the Hospital Ship who served the Mission Harmony, focusing on the new cases during the three missions. Results It demonstrated a different incidence in the three missions, 17.16%, 15.79%, and 22.94%, respectively, which carried a significant different , P 〈0.05. The spectrums of new dermatosis cases were not identical. Servicemen in electromechanic and aviation sections reflected a relatively higher incidence than other sections on the ship. Conclusion The disease spectrum of dermatosis differs from different duration of navigation and mission regions, of which the relevance needs to be further investigated.
