摘 要:采用连续流动注射法测定海水淡化排放水中的挥发酚。优化了浓盐水体系中连续流动注射分光光度法测定挥发酚的条件。在0.0μg/L^75.0μg/L浓度范围内线形关系良好,线性相关系数r为0.999 91,方法的检出限为0.35μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.70%~2.17%,平均回收率为100.05%~101.2%。方法快速、简便,能满足海水淡化浓盐水中挥发酚定量测定要求。It was developed a method for FIA determination of volatile phenolics in brine discharged from desalination. The instrument conditions were optimized. The linear correlation coefficient at concentrations ranging from 0.0 p,g/L to 75.0 μg/L was 0. 99991. The detection limit of this method was 0.35 μg/L. The relative standard deviation( RSD% ) for the determination of volatile phenolics in brine discharged from desalination was 0.07% - 2.17% and the recovery was 100. 05% - 101.2%. The method was simple and rapid for the determination of volatile phenolics in brine discharged from desalination.
